Repairs and maintains machine tools, equipment, and plant properties, including electrical and electronic systems.
What you'll do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace parts on machine tools and equipment, including CNC/EDM machinery and related systems.
- Coordinate work and equipment repairs or installations with leadership, contractors, suppliers, and machine tool builders.
- Maintain plant properties and may train or supervise team members.
What they ask for
- Journeyman Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience troubleshooting various types of equipment and in electrical repair.
- Familiarity with schematics, ladder logic, and blueprint reading.
- Must be at least 18 by joining; obtain required safety training and licenses, including NFPA 70B Electrical Awareness, forklift and aerial lift licenses, and first aid/CPR training.
