Leads first-shift aerospace manufacturing operations and hourly machinists to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while developing employees and improving performance.
What you'll do
- Supervise represented employees and coordinate staffing, work assignments, production schedules, and daily operational updates.
- Monitor performance and address safety, production, staffing, and quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coach employees and lead continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, flow, and waste reduction.
