What you'll do
- Lead and coach approximately 15 hourly employees, maintaining accountability and engagement.
- Execute production plans and resolve shop-floor issues to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Partner with support teams to maintain workflow, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
