Develops and leads AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions for Unison, translating customer needs into deployable business solutions and supporting junior team members.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML projects with functional leaders, while maintaining customer focus and supporting FLIGHT DECK initiatives.
- Coordinate with local DT staff to ensure solutions work with existing business IT and data systems.
- Lead or support teams, guide junior colleagues, and communicate with stakeholders across functions.
