What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers’ industrial maturity and technical capabilities, then guide action plans to close gaps and prepare them for qualification.
- Coordinate cross-functional supplier development, qualification, and onboarding activities, including urgent onboarding needs.
- Improve and deploy the Supplier Development and Onboarding gated management process using best practices, lessons learned, and gap analyses.
