What you'll do
- Lead performance management, employee lifecycle engagement, and learning and development initiatives.
- Use people analytics and employee feedback to improve culture, employee experience, and people decisions.
- Advise and coach employees and leaders on performance and employee relations, while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
