Leads power-sector customer deployments of Gecko’s industrial software, configuring and validating facility data, training users, and coordinating sites through go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead customer deployments, site configuration, user training, and adoption from kickoff through go-live.
- Validate asset data and software configurations against plant engineering documentation; investigate discrepancies and deployment issues.
- Coordinate customer requirements, timelines, risks, success metrics, and feedback with internal teams.
