Build and run end-to-end recruiting for frontier AI research and engineering teams, including recruiting processes, candidate outreach, and talent-community engagement.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing strategy through candidate close, and create processes and programs for the talent team.
- Partner with research and engineering leaders to identify, assess, and hire AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Use AI agents and other technology to automate recruiting workflows; build employer brands and engage technical and research communities.
