What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake, sourcing, and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent profiles, labor-market insights, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain applicant records, and help build scalable recruiting processes.
