What you'll do
- Manage daily machine shop operations and translate production schedules into completed parts.
- Directly oversee machinists, machine operators, fabricators, and CNC programmers; coordinate with Automation & Controls and Quality.
- Drive machine utilization/OEE, on-time completion, and scrap and rework reduction while maintaining quality and safety standards.
