Build and lead General Matter’s Paducah site from startup through ongoing uranium-enrichment plant operations, overseeing readiness, staffing, safety, compliance, and site performance.
What you'll do
- Lead site readiness, workforce build-out, training, commissioning, acceptance, and operational readiness reviews.
- Manage site leadership and plant operations, including maintenance, engineering, regulatory, and business functions.
- Ensure safe, compliant operations and meet production, quality, safety, and financial targets while coordinating with stakeholders and corporate leadership.
