About the job
Design and launch a new manufacturing facility, then lead daily CNC machining and lathe production, team deployment, quality, and scheduling.
What you'll do
- Partner on facility layout, equipment selection, and infrastructure planning; manage equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Run production execution, including scheduling, CNC program readiness, output, quality, capacity planning, tooling, and cycle-time optimization.
- Build and cross-train the machinist and operator team; establish quality, first-pass yield, and 5S/lean systems.
