Own the operating rhythm and program execution for General Matter’s manufacturing and production organizations, keeping engineering priorities, schedules, processes, and cross-functional initiatives aligned.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership-ready visibility into critical-path programs, risks, priorities, dependencies, and follow-ups.
- Partner with an engineering leader to unblock decisions and focus effort on high-value work.
- Design and improve engineering processes, workflows, schedules, trackers, dashboards, and executive briefings.
