What you'll do
- Build and update detailed CapEx estimates, cost breakdowns, and material take-offs from project plans and specifications.
- Analyze market pricing, vendor quotes, cost risks, and project variances; maintain historical cost data.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams, and present cost proposals and assumptions to leadership.
