What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day helpdesk support, including troubleshooting, account provisioning, and ticket resolution.
- Assist with endpoint, server, and network maintenance, security controls, and compliance activities.
- Support documentation, user onboarding and offboarding, IT projects, and audit readiness.
