Build and operate General Matter’s compensation, benefits, compliance, and rewards systems, using analysis and AI-enabled tools to support employees and leadership.
What you'll do
- Develop compensation benchmarks, bands, analyses, and review cycles; advise leadership on offers, budgets, and pay decisions.
- Manage benefits programs, renewals, vendors, budgets, and open enrollment.
- Maintain pay transparency and benefits compliance, administer rewards systems, and build AI-enabled tools and documentation.

- 5+ years of Total Rewards experience with hands-on compensation and benefits experience.
- Experience running benefits renewals, implementing vendors, and managing benefits budgets.
- Hands-on experience with market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and compensation review cycles; working knowledge of pay transparency laws, including California requirements.
- Fluency with Rippling, Carta, and Pave; experience using AI tools for compensation models, automations, or internal tools.
Nice to have

Pay
USD 140,000 to USD 190,000 annually (base salary)
