Leads the Metrics Frameworks team, setting its technical direction and managing delivery of platforms that turn autonomous-vehicle data into reliable evaluation metrics.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop software and data engineers, including hiring and performance management.
- Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap, and deliver scalable frameworks for creating, executing, and monitoring metrics across simulated and real-world driving data.
- Ensure platform reliability and operational excellence, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders on evaluation needs.

- 8+ years of experience building software, data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or evaluation systems in a production environment.
