Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Adversary Operations, Innovation & Purple Team Operations

What you'll do

• Lead tactical purple team operations and strategic adversary emulation exercises; validate detections, visibility, and response.
• Build repeatable MSV-based testing workflows and develop custom adversary tooling, automation, payloads, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity teams and document findings and recommendations to improve detections, integrations, and operational processes.

What they ask for

• Significant hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, adversary emulation, purple teaming, red teaming, threat hunting, or detection engineering.
• Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures, and ability to translate them into repeatable testing scenarios.
• Experience with endpoint, cloud, network, and logging technologies, and with offensive or validation tooling such as payloads, C2 frameworks, scripting, and infrastructure.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate and document findings, operational risk, and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with MSV or similar security validation tooling and custom repeat actions.
• Experience with cloud and SaaS adversary tactics, complex operational environments, or ATT&CK-aligned reporting and enterprise purple team programs.
