About the job
Leads the engineering organization and roadmap for GM’s multi-site compute platform supporting automotive test and simulation benches, including reliability, scaling, and customer enablement.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop an approximately 15-person engineering organization and scale platform operations across multiple sites.
- Own platform roadmap, technical delivery, capacity and investment planning, and measurable operating outcomes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, peer engineering teams, lab operations, and test-program customers to deliver and operate platform capabilities.
