Leads development of Python-based test automation frameworks and tools for testing embedded software across vehicle systems and development stages.

Own automation features and initiatives, with a focus on automotive serial data needs.
Design and develop scalable Python and Robot Framework automation solutions and libraries.
Represent the team in technical discussions, review code, mentor developers, and contribute to Scrum activities.

5-7+ years of software development experience in popular programming languages, especially Python.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on test automation development expertise and in-depth knowledge of multiple open-source off-the-shelf test automation tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and a passing score on the applicable technical coding assessment.

Knowledge of vehicle communication, automotive serial data protocols, vehicle electrical architecture, and vehicle subsystems; experience with Agentic AI systems and applications.
