About the job
Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing autonomous-driving features across vehicle programs, from product definition through launch and in-market improvement.
What you'll do
- Set product strategy and roadmap; translate customer, safety, technical, quality, and business needs into requirements and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of feature launches, software releases, validation, rollouts, and in-market iterations.
- Define success metrics, use research and vehicle data to guide decisions, and communicate strategy, risks, and progress.

- 5+ years of product management or closely related experience, owning complex technology products or cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Experience defining product vision and strategy, building multi-year roadmaps, and translating strategy into requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of advanced driver-assistance and automated-driving systems, or equivalent experience with complex hardware-software systems.
- Ability to reason about vehicle, compute, sensing, software, HMI, and operational constraints; lead cross-functional teams; and derive insights from research, data, and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping customer-facing advanced driver-assistance or automated-driving features in production vehicles, or comparable safety-critical products.

USD $134,700 to $245,00 base salary
