Leads the design and production deployment of AI capabilities integrated into GM’s engineering tools and workflows to improve developer productivity, software quality, and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and deliver scalable AI solutions for engineering workflows, including development, debugging, testing, issue triage, and support.
- Lead AI system architecture, integration, evaluation, observability, security, and productionization across engineering platforms and CI/CD.
- Guide cross-functional technical efforts, establish responsible-AI practices, and mentor engineers.
