Build and manage Generate Biomedicines’ patent estate, advising teams on protection strategies and intellectual-property matters across its research, development, and collaborations.
What you'll do
- Identify inventions and recommend patent or trade-secret protection strategies; manage patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and global portfolio matters.
- Conduct or coordinate patentability, freedom-to-operate, and landscape analyses, and advise on practical implications.
- Support IP aspects of transactions and review external disclosures to protect patent opportunities.
