What you'll do
- Analyze credit opportunities, build financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations.
- Support transaction structuring and execution, including term sheets, diligence, documentation, approvals, and closing.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risks, support post-closing activities, and help prepare fund-level materials.
