About the job
Supports Generate Capital’s capital formation strategy by modeling, structuring, and executing financing transactions and working with investors and other capital providers.
What you'll do
- Support capital raises and financing activity across corporate, HoldCo, SPV, and portfolio levels.
- Build financial models and prepare investor, lender, management, and board materials; support due diligence.
- Monitor markets and contribute to M&A, valuation, investor relationships, and capital planning.
