What you'll do
- Recruit for a portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and maintaining recruiting data and metrics.
- Support the internship program and contribute to talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Identify and implement recruiting process improvements, including use of AI tools for sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and reporting.
