Manages customer deployments of Genesis AI robots, from workflow scoping and financial assessment through technical coordination, acceptance, training, and handover.
What you'll do
- Visit customer sites and interview operators to define deployment requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Build financial models to assess customer value, utilization, implementation costs, and support needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, acceptance testing, training, and handover; incorporate field feedback into reusable practices.
