Senior Data Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage floor operations, including scheduling, operator utilization, station uptime, throughput, and accepted data quality.
• Recruit, develop, and organize operators and shift leads; standardize operations across company and partner sites.
• Improve processes and reporting, and coordinate with Quality and Process and Annotation teams to deliver training-ready data.

• Experience running teleoperation, glove, or human-data collection at scale in a frontier robotics lab, embodied-AI company, or top data operation.
• Expertise in scheduling, utilization, yield, and floor throughput.
• Experience maintaining measured quality standards in an operation.
• Ability to work across sites, cultures, and time zones, including with teams in Asia and Europe.
