About the job
Delivers technical training on Genetec products, develops and updates training materials, and supports course delivery at customer and partner locations and online.
What you'll do
- Deliver instructor-led technical courses in person and online to customers, resellers, distributors, and internal staff.
- Create and update presentations, manuals, course outlines, digital references, and other training materials.
- Support course setup, labs, grading, follow-up, and feedback to internal teams.

- 2+ years of experience delivering technical training; software training preferred.
- Willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
