Provides desktop and general IT support to employees in a trading firm through troubleshooting, workstation setup, application installation, account administration, and inventory tracking.
What you'll do
- Respond to employee hardware and software support issues, including Microsoft Office, phones, and printers; use AI tools to assist troubleshooting and support enterprise AI applications.
- Set up and configure workstations and install applications; create or remove user accounts as needed.
- Track IT inventory and perform related duties.
