Executes downstream protein purification, characterization, and documentation activities for the US Protein Department.
What you'll do
- Purify proteins using chromatography and prepare buffers and reagents according to SOPs and project protocols.
- Characterize protein products with analytical methods, troubleshoot and optimize purification protocols, and document procedures and results.
- Collaborate with upstream, analytical, and quality teams; assist with SOPs, batch records, and technical reports.
