Oversees GenScript’s shipping and logistics operations, strategy, and improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
What you'll do
- Manage transportation and the full order cycle, including inbound logistics, internal transfers, outbound shipping, and timely, accurate delivery.
- Lead shipping automation and optimization projects; monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop supply-chain policies and budgets, manage risk and service quality, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers.
