About the job
Own end-to-end customer implementations of Gigs’ connectivity platform, aligning technical delivery with consumer adoption and commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead implementations from scoping and kickoff through go-live, working with customer engineering and product teams on features, journeys, and architecture.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to address launch-blocking product needs, manage multiple projects, and build implementation processes and playbooks.
- Partner with the BDM team to ensure implementations deliver the commercial outcomes promised in the sale.
