What you'll do
- Own operations and employee experience across hubs and pads in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, New York, and San Francisco, including bookings, access, inventory, and tech setup.
- Manage vendors, budgets, facilities, food, and workplace projects; support offsite and executive-meeting logistics.
- Build community through gatherings and milestones, and contribute to workplace strategy, sustainability, accessibility, and inclusion.
