Own hardware part and BOM data and lifecycle operations, translating data-center deployment plans into material requirements and coordinating across Engineering, Supply Chain, and deployment teams.
What you'll do
- Manage part lifecycles, EOL/PCN responses, and excess or obsolete inventory.
- Create and maintain internal part data and multi-level BOMs, including revision control and accuracy audits.
- Plan materials for deployments and track readiness, shortages, long-lead components, and risks.
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience creating internal part numbers and structuring multi-level BOMs.
- Understanding of revision control, ECR/ECO processes, and AML/AVL management; ability to interpret hardware datasheets and spec sheets.
- Experience managing EOL notices, PCNs, last-time buys, obsolete inventory, and deployment material plans.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and hands-on use of PLM and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting data center, compute, networking, server, semiconductor, or other complex hardware deployments.
- APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
