Own reagent product lines end-to-end, from customer discovery and roadmap through launch, e-commerce operations, marketing, and customer success.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer and market research, define product roadmaps, and translate needs into product requirements.
- Lead product launches, positioning, pricing, and e-commerce, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
- Create product content and demand-generation campaigns, support customers, and track product and operational metrics.
