Leads the engineering organization and strategy for GitLab Dedicated, a single-tenant SaaS platform serving enterprise and public sector customers, including its infrastructure, compliance, reliability, and migration capabilities.
What you'll do
- Own the GitLab Dedicated strategy and roadmap, scaling the platform and aligning it with cellular architecture and customer growth.
- Lead teams responsible for orchestration, reliability and incident response, Switchboard, public sector compliance, and enterprise migrations; maintain enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Hire and develop distributed engineering managers and partner with Product, Security, and Customer Support on customer commitments and investments.
