What you'll do
- Lead quarterly earnings workstreams and build repeatable processes with Finance, Legal, and executives.
- Manage investor and analyst relationships; analyze consensus, competitors, shareholder ownership, and market data.
- Prepare investor communications and executives, and help deliver Investor Day, roadshows, and investor events.
What they ask for
- Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective, gained through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
- Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations, and clearly explaining software products, business models, and financial performance.
- Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public company disclosure practices.
