What you'll do
- Lead architecture and implementation across teams, including agent execution, orchestration, and multi-deployment support.
- Build evaluation, safety, and governance capabilities; improve agent request latency and cost.
- Mentor engineers, write design documents, support incident on-call, and participate in hiring.
