Own full-cycle recruiting searches for GitLab’s Research & Development engineering and product teams, using inclusive sourcing, data, and market insight to guide hiring.
What you'll do
- Manage searches from intake through offer and close, maintaining accurate documentation in Greenhouse.
- Partner with hiring teams on role scope, structured interviews, sourcing strategy, and hiring risks.
- Assess candidates, manage candidate experience and negotiations, and improve recruiting practices through shared resources and responsible AI use.
