Partners with senior Engineering leaders to improve organizational design, talent practices, leadership effectiveness, and culture across GitLab’s globally distributed Engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Advise and coach senior Engineering leaders on people priorities, organization design, change management, and global team considerations.
- Drive Engineering job architecture changes and facilitate people processes such as calibrations and talent initiatives.
- Use organizational data and feedback to recommend improvements, and support Engineering offsites and leadership forums.
