Senior Solutions Architect - East Enterprise team

What you'll do

• Own account technical strategy and lead evaluations, including proofs of value, workshops, and solution architecture.
• Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices; support platform adoption and account strategies.
• Share customer feedback and competitive insights with internal teams, and mentor Solutions Architects.

What they ask for

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles, guiding solution design and evaluation.
• Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms; practical knowledge of cloud computing.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and communicate effectively with technical practitioners and senior decision makers.
