Owns global partner program workstreams and turns GitLab’s ecosystem strategy into measurable programs that support partner value across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own program roadmaps and coordinate execution across global cross-functional teams.
- Improve partner onboarding, activation, co-selling, adoption, and expansion; develop incentives, guidance, and training.
- Define and report program success measures, using performance data to recommend changes to investment and operations.
