Staff Professional Services Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Establish operating cadences, forecasting, capacity and resource management, and performance reporting.
• Improve visibility into project economics and partner with cross-functional teams on PSA, time-tracking, CRM, reporting, and related tools.
• Lead process improvements and automation, and strengthen PS alignment with sales, account planning, pricing, and delivery models.

What they ask for

• 10+ years’ experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in a technology or subscription business.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services models, including time and materials, fixed-fee, and blended engagements.
• Experience developing forecasting and planning that connects sales pipeline to delivery capacity, staffing, bookings, and revenue.
• Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating services organizations, operating models, or systems, or driving operations transformation.
• Experience improving PS attach, deal structuring, account planning, or services participation in the sales cycle; partner or channel delivery experience is also a plus.

$139,200 — $235,200 USD (base salary)
