CISO

What you'll do

• Set security strategy, priorities, policies, metrics, and executive risk reporting; drive measurable risk reduction.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to secure product architecture, development, cloud environments, data flows, and AI capabilities; lead vulnerability management and secure development.
• Oversee corporate security, incident response, risk and compliance programs, and build a multidisciplinary security team.

What they ask for

• Senior security leadership experience with accountability for a broad, enterprise-scale security program at a high-growth technology or product company.
• Technical depth across product and application security, cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access management, secure development, and vulnerability management.
• Experience operating security, detection, and incident-response programs, including leading high-severity incidents.
• Expertise in security risk management, governance, compliance, and audit readiness; track record partnering with Product and Engineering to ship secure products.

Nice to have

• Experience as a CISO, deputy CISO, or senior security executive is strongly preferred.
• Experience securing enterprise AI/ML/LLM or agentic systems, AI-enabled security, regulated programs such as FedRAMP, or public-company/IPO governance.

Pay

$424,300 - $489,400 annually (base salary)

AI focus

Secure AI-enabled product capabilities, including models, agents, and their access to tools and data; thoughtfully use automation and AI-assisted analysis to improve security coverage and remediation. AI fluency is also assessed in an interview exercise or discussion.
