Enables strategic partners to build the skills, assets, and services needed to design, deploy, and scale production-ready Glean solutions for their customers.
What you'll do
- Lead partner technical trainings, workshops, and co-build sessions; provide expert support for complex partner-led implementations.
- Develop reusable service offerings, reference architectures, prototypes, code samples, and implementation resources.
- Build partner technical capability and translate deployment feedback into improvements for Glean’s Product and Engineering teams.

- 5+ years in a relevant technical role.
- Production experience building or deploying AI, LLM, or agent-based systems, and developing production software using APIs, SDKs, authentication patterns, and cloud services.
