Principal Product Marketing Manager, Glean Intelligence

What you'll do

• Own marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence capabilities, including models, Model Hub, and evaluations.
• Lead launches and create positioning, technical content, customer communications, and field enablement in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Define Glean’s perspective on AI quality, reliability, safety, and deployment; monitor industry developments and represent Glean Intelligence as a technical spokesperson.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, or related field.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Significant experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or a related technical category.
• Deep understanding of modern AI systems and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear customer and business implications.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI models, model platforms, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, or developer tools.
• A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; an MBA is a plus.

Pay

$224,000 - $258,000 annually (base salary)
