Product Enablement Lead

What you'll do

• Translate product releases and technical documentation into field guidance, narratives, talk tracks, demos, and objection handling.
• Build and deliver scalable enablement programs and practice-based training for GTM teams, initially focused on Sales.
• Design an AI-first launch-to-enablement system with role-aware guidance, in-flow practice, and readiness signals, collaborating across Product and GTM teams.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles, such as product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, or solutions engineering.
• Track record translating complex technical or AI product concepts into narratives, talk tracks, and training used by GTM teams.
• Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies and conceptual understanding of AI products, including LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, security, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for enablement, plus strong project/program management skills.

USD $140,000 - $187,000 annually (base salary)
