Product Manager, Growth

What you'll do

• Define the Growth roadmap and own the product-led growth journey from acquisition and onboarding through self-serve expansion.
• Build growth capabilities and off-surface experiences, such as referrals, invitations, notifications, lifecycle messaging, and integrations with users’ existing work tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to specify, instrument, and run product experiments, including A/B tests, and measure growth outcomes.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and shipping growth, activation, or PLG product areas.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in growth mechanics and data-informed experimentation, including defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, and interpreting results.
• Strong product sense and ability to specify detailed user experiences, such as onboarding flows and adoption paths.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or design-related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, consumer, AI, or platform products.

Pay

$175,000 - $280,000 USD annually, base salary
