Build and operate resilient cloud infrastructure and improve production reliability, scalability, observability, and incident response for Glean’s services.
What you'll do
- Design, operate, and optimize highly available cloud systems, including performance, capacity, and cost.
- Participate in on-call and incident management; improve monitoring, alerting, playbooks, and blameless postmortems.
- Develop automation and tooling, and advise on system design and launches while promoting reliability practices across teams.
